How can I take lessons?
First, choose the course you want. List the teachers teaching this course and choose the teacher that best suits you. Go to the teacher’s profile. Click the “Book a Tution” button. Select the day and time from here and list them. Select the date and time you want and click the “Save and Continue” button. Check the courses you have taken, date, time and fee and continue. Make your payment on the payment screen. As a result of these transactions, you will now You have purchased the course. You can view the course you have purchased from the “My Bookings” section in the menu on your profile.

Can anyone see my personal information?
We are the only ones who can see your personal information. The only section that everyone can see is the “Personal Details” section. In this section, there is a section where you can write your name, the languages you know, the country you live in, and a description so that the teacher can get to know you. Apart from this, only the support team can see the details such as the contact information you enter.

Can I take more than one course?
Yes, you can take more than one course, but make sure that the course hours do not overlap.

Where can I find the Zoom link of the course I am taking?
When you enter your profile, click on the “My Bookings” button from the menu on the left and you will see the list of courses you have taken. The zoom link will appear in the “Meeting detail” section of the course you will attend from this list. If the link does not appear here, contact your teacher first. If you can’t reach the teacher, contact the support team.

When will my account be active?
Your account will be active as soon as you register. You don’t need to do anything extra.

If you encounter issues with your profile or account settings, such as errors, glitches, or difficulty accessing certain features, you should contact the platform’s customer support team for assistance. Provide as much detail as possible about the issue you’re experiencing to expedite the resolution process.

How do I add a profile picture?
When you enter your profile, there is a section for adding images at the top of the menu on the left. You can upload an image by clicking there.

Do I have to fill out my profile information?
Yes, you need to fill it in for reliability.

I forgot my password.
At the bottom right of the page where you log in to the platform, click “Lost password?” You can request password reset by clicking the button.

How do I delete my account?
There is no option to delete your account.

How can I edit my profile?
After entering the profile page, you can enter and edit your information in the personal details contact and education section from the menu on the left.

How do I create my profile?
Click the “Get Started” button at the top right. On the page that opens, click the “Join us today” button and enter your information. If you are an instructor, select the instructor, if you are a student, select the student. Select “Terms & conditions” and register.
