  • Where do I enter my fee?

    Enter the “Personal Details” section from the menu on the left of your user panel. Here, enter your hourly wage in the “Hourly fee” section and save it.

    Note: The fee you enter into the system is 1 hour fee. If you select the lesson time as 30 minutes or 45 minutes when creating your reservation It will be evaluated based on 1 hour’s wage.

    For example: You wrote 100 THB for 1 hour. If you choose 30 minutes as your lesson time when making your reservation the fee for your lesson will be 50 THB. If you choose 45 minutes, the cost of your lesson will be 75 THB. If you choose 1 hour, the cost of the lesson will be 100 THB.

    When entering lesson prices, do not forget the commission that the platform will deduct.

  • Students make the payment to the platform. After deducting the commission fee, the platform deposits the money into your account.

  • Students cannot book lesson time without making payment. Students pay first. Then the reservation is confirmed. For this reason, you will not have any problems.

  • If you experience a payment issue or error, such as a failed transaction, unauthorized charge, or billing discrepancy, you should contact the platform’s customer support team for assistance. Provide as much detail as possible about the issue, including any error messages or transaction IDs, to expedite the resolution process.

  • Yes, you can typically view your payment history, receipts, and invoices through the platform’s account dashboard or billing section. This allows you to track your past transactions, monitor your spending, and access documentation for accounting or reimbursement purposes.
    To see your payment history, first go to your profile. Select “Transaction & Invoices” from the profile. Then select “My Earnings”. You can see your payment history in the “Payout History” section below.

  • Platforms may offer discounts, promotional codes, or special offers from time to time, such as discounts for new users, seasonal promotions, or referral bonuses. Keep an eye out for announcements or promotional emails for opportunities to save on your purchases.

  • Platforms prioritize the security of users’ payment information and implement measures such as encryption, secure payment gateways, and compliance with industry standards and regulations (e.g., PCI DSS) to protect against unauthorized access or fraud.

  • You can usually update your payment information, such as credit card details or billing address, through the platform’s account settings or payment management portal. To make changes to your payment details, first go to your profile. Select “Transaction & Invoices” from the profile. Then select “My Earnings”. You can update your payment options in the “Payout Methods” section below.

  • The platform deducts 20% commission from each of your lessons. Platforms try to be transparent about their pricing and fee structures. It is important to review the terms and conditions carefully to understand any possible fees or charges that may apply.

  • The platform typically accepts various payment methods, such as credit or debit cards, PayPal, bank transfers, or other digital payment options. You can usually find information about accepted payment methods during the checkout or payment process.
